Lessee is financially responsible for all railcar maintenance, program repair, and requalification, plus all ad-valorem taxes and insurance.
AITX can offer the assistance of our extensive repair network or third-party vendor repair shops, to ensure your railcars meet specifications and maintenance needs.

Lessee has responsibility for selected maintenance and repair items.
AITX handles most aspects of the railcars, including maintenance and program repairs, filing and payments of ad-valorem taxes, and assistance filing for OT-5 authority on the lessee’s behalf.
